Bisexual

A person attracted to more than one gender. Bisexual people may experience attraction to people of their own gender and other genders, though the specific pattern of attraction varies widely between individuals.

Bisexuality does not mean attraction limited to exactly two genders, nor does it mean equal attraction to all genders. Some bisexual people prefer one gender over others; some experience attraction differently depending on the person rather than the gender.

Bisexual people face unique challenges including biphobia (prejudice against bi people) and bisexual erasure (the tendency to dismiss or deny bisexuality as "just a phase" or "not real"). Bi people are the largest single group within the LGBTQ+ community.
